The arbitral award will be final and binding, and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding this choice of dispute resolution forum, HealthySimulation.com may apply to any court having jurisdiction to obtain injunctive relief to protect HealthySimulation.com’s interests pursuant to this Agreement.
