Abstract:

The global COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated the challenges of providing students with authentic opportunities for workplace-based learning. At Liverpool John Moores University, academic staff on the undergraduate Master of Pharmacy programme developed, piloted and implemented a range of experiences for students, designed to simulate a wide range of “day in the life” experiences for students in a variety of settings.

Faculty of Science, Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences at Liverpool John Moores University

Jonathan is the senior lecturer in clinical pharmacy, fourth year lead for the master of pharmacy programme, and programme leader of CPD independent prescribing for pharmacists at Liverpool John Moores University. He holds professional memberships with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacist registrant with Independent Prescribing annotation, and a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain & Northern Ireland, as a fellow of the Advance HE.
