Abstract:
In the world of Healthcare Simulation, interprofessionality not only concerns students, but also extends to the backstage of simulation sessions. Faculties, Physicians, Paramedics, … and Healthcare Simulation Operation Specialists rub shoulders, complement each other, work together in order to build up very good physical, virtual or mixed simulation sessions for students. How does this relationship come about, and what role does the Operation Specialist play in it? Based on Houssaye’s educational triangle, we can define the Operation Specialist’s position in relation to other professions working in simulation centers. Webinar focuses on the relationship between Faculties, Students, their Knowledge and Simulation Operation Specialists.
