Timothy Whitaker, BS, CHSE, CHSOS, EMT-P, is the Product Manager for Patient Simulation at Elevate Healthcare. Tim manages solutions, products, and education to customers from academic, clinical, and military, as well as other disciplines, domestically and internationally. Tim also serves as an SME for services such as simulation center design, operations, finance, and faculty development. Tim has a rich history in medicine, simulation education and design spanning over 3 decades. He’s an experienced simulation educator, center designer/operations consultant, professional manager and operations manager credentialed by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) as both a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and a Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS). He serves as the Chair for the SSH Certification Council. Tim has been published and spoken domestically and internationally on simulation practices, operations, and credentialing in healthcare simulation.
